NEW!! TCAM Borrower Portal

We are pleased to announce that TCAM’s Borrower Portal is now available for you to obtain information on your loan online. This new service will allow you to do the following:

  • View the current information for your loan
  • View the most recent payments that have been posted to your account
    • (PLEASE NOTE: The ability to make your loan payment online is not available at this time. However, we will be rolling out this functionality soon.)
  • Update correspondence items such as your work and cell phone numbers
  • Upload important items such as insurance certificates and residency affidavits

How to Register

A current email address is required for your account in order to send you information on how to register for the Borrower Portal. You can provide us with updated contact information by going to info.mrisoftware.com/tcambcinfo

Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments are also available.

TCAM is pleased to announce that the ACH (Automated Clearing House) option for making your monthly payment on your DC DHCD loan is now available. ACH will allow us to deduct your monthly payment each month from your chosen checking account. The advantages are:

  • Safe, secure payment
  • On time (Payment made on 1 of 3 dates)
  • No mailing of checks

Payments can be deducted on the 1st, 8th or 15th of each month. If you wish to participate in this program, call us and we will send our ACH application to you. You need to return it to us with a voided check. Be sure to select a start date and a regular payment date for the deduction of your payment each month. TCAM will set up your account. Note: You must be current with your payments in order to be able to participate in this program.

COVID-19 Mortgage Payment Relief for DC DHCD Loans

Individual mortgage payment relief requests due to COVID-19 for DC DHCD loans can be submitted by contacting us at clientcare@tcamre.com, 844-254-2500 (toll free) or 202-519-2500 (local). We will provide you with a short application for hardship relief.
